Deirdre is the Manager of Community Engagement & Capacity Building at Amaze, where she oversees Amaze Knowledge, the Autism Information Advisors, Support Group project and Early Days. Deirdre has worked within a range of community based organisations with a focus on people living with disability, women and Indigenous Australians. She has developed and managed new programs and initiatives for RTO’s, Community Houses, Group Training Organisations, Local Government and employment groups. Deirdre has a strong commitment to the disability sector, is a graduate of Victoria University and holds further qualifications in Business Management, Career Counselling and Training and Assessing. She has a strong track record in managing complex projects and championing the cause of autism awareness.
