We know that conferences are expensive and while the cost is always worth it, we understand that some people may not be able to afford the registration price or be able to pay the price at once. So for VAC2016, Amaze has two offers that may help you put VAC on your calendar.

 

Preferential registration for people on the autism spectrum

Preferential registrations for the 2016 ALL IN_conference have been made possible by the support of the Jean Mennie Bequest.

 

2 part payment plan (Amaze Members)

The payment plan option is now closed

From 24 July – 1 August, Amaze members will have the opportunity to pay for their conference ticket in two equal instalments. The first payment will be taken on the date of registering and the second on the 19 August.

 

Payment is only accepted for instalments via credit card. Your card will automatically be charged on the due dates.

The invoice will state the full amount of your registration fee. We will not be able to provide invoices for each individual instalment charge.

Terms and Conditions of the Payment Plan

2 part payment plan –  The delegate fee is split into two payments: (only available until Monday 1 August 2016)

The payment plan option is now closed

  1. 1st payment made when you initially register, this payment will be two-thirds (2/3) of the total fee.
  2. 2nd /final payment will be charged to your designated card on 19 August, this payments will be the remaining one-third (1/3) of the total fee.

 

Cancellation Process

All cancellations need to be made in writing (via email).

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the conference start date, refunds will be 75% of the total fee (100% less 25% administration fee).

Cancellations notified after the 30 days prior to the conference start date are not refundable however, consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis by Amaze Incorporated.
